Celestial Storm is a set in the Sun & Moon series. It was released on August 3, 2018. The printed size is 168. This checklist is longer, at 187 cards. Scizor-GX is a Stage 1 GX Metal Pokémon with 210 HP. In the Pokédex this is Scizor (#212), generation 2 (Johto). The card says it evolves from Scyther. In this catalog that name is Scyther (#123).

5ban Graphics illustrated this card. The same name is on 1,629 other cards in the catalog.

Scizor (#212) has 35 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 23 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 1999 to 2026. The earliest other card is Scizor 33/53 in Wizards Black Star Promos (1999). That card is named Scizor, while this one is Scizor-GX. That card lists 70 HP, and this one lists 210 HP. The rarity there is Promo, and here it is Rare Ultra. Hironobu Yoshida illustrated that card, and 5ban Graphics illustrated this one. Retreat cost there is 2, and here it is 1. 30 other cards of Scizor list a different HP.

Danger Perception is listed as Ability. If this Pokémon's remaining HP is 100 or less, its attacks do 80 more damage to your opponent's Active Pokémon (before applying Weakness and Resistance). The attack Steel Wing lists 80 damage. The cost is Metal, Colorless. During your opponent's next turn, this Pokémon takes 30 less damage from attacks (after applying Weakness and Resistance). Cross-Cut-GX is another attack lists 100+ damage. The cost is Colorless, Colorless, Colorless. If your opponent's Active Pokémon is an Evolution Pokémon, this attack does 100 more damage. (You can't use more than 1 GX attack in a game.) Weakness is Fire ×2. Resistance is Psychic -20. Retreat cost is 1. The card text says: Pokémon-GX rule: When your Pokémon-GX is Knocked Out, your opponent takes 2 Prize cards.

I keep a set binder for Celestial Storm, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Celestial Storm set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Scizor can fill a slot in Generation 2 binder (Johto). I still need this card.
