Celestial Storm is a set in the Sun & Moon series. It was released on August 3, 2018. The printed size is 168. This checklist is longer, at 187 cards. Electrode-GX is a Stage 1 GX Lightning Pokémon with 190 HP. In the Pokédex this is Electrode (#101), generation 1 (Kanto). The card says it evolves from Voltorb. In this catalog that name is Voltorb (#100).

5ban Graphics illustrated this card. The same name is on 1,629 other cards in the catalog.

Electrode (#101) has 45 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 40 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 1999 to 2025. The earliest other card is Electrode 21/102 in Base (1999). That card is named Electrode, while this one is Electrode-GX. That card lists 80 HP, and this one lists 190 HP. The rarity there is Rare, and here it is Rare Holo GX. Keiji Kinebuchi illustrated that card, and 5ban Graphics illustrated this one. 42 other cards of Electrode list a different HP.

Extra Energy Bomb is listed as Ability. Once during your turn (before your attack), you may attach 5 Energy cards from your discard pile to your Pokémon, except Pokémon-GX or Pokémon-EX, in any way you like. If you do, this Pokémon is Knocked Out. The attack Electro Ball lists 50 damage. The cost is Lightning, Colorless. Crush and Burn-GX is another attack lists 30+ damage. The cost is Lightning, Colorless. Discard any amount of Energy from your Pokémon. This attack does 50 more damage for each card you discarded in this way. (You can't use more than 1 GX attack in a game.) Weakness is Fighting ×2. Resistance is Metal -20. Retreat cost is 1. The card text says: Pokémon-GX rule: When your Pokémon-GX is Knocked Out, your opponent takes 2 Prize cards.

I keep a set binder for Celestial Storm, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Celestial Storm set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Electrode can fill a slot in Generation 1 binder (Kanto). I still need this card.
