Victini ◇ 7/70 · Dragon Majesty

Dragon Majesty is a set in the Sun & Moon series. It was released on September 7, 2018. The printed size is 70. This checklist is longer, at 80 cards. Victini ◇ is 7/70, in position 7 of 80 on this checklist. Before it is 6 Blaziken, and after it is 8 Darumaka. The listed rarity is Rare Prism Star.

Victini ◇ is a Basic Prism Star Fire Pokémon with 90 HP. In the Pokédex this is Victini (#494), generation 5 (Unova).

Shin Nagasawa illustrated this card. The same name is on 303 other cards in the catalog.

Victini (#494) has 37 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 27 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2011 to 2026. The earliest other card is Victini BW32/101 in BW Black Star Promos (2011). That card is named Victini, while this one is Victini ◇. That card lists 60 HP, and this one lists 90 HP. The rarity there is Promo, and here it is Rare Prism Star. 5ban Graphics illustrated that card, and Shin Nagasawa illustrated this one. 37 other cards of Victini list a different HP.

The attack Infinity lists 20× damage. The cost is Fire, Fire. This attack does 20 damage for each basic Energy card in your discard pile. Then, shuffle those cards into your deck. Weakness is Water ×2. Retreat cost is 1. The card text says: ◇ (Prism Star) Rule: You can't have more than 1 ◇ card with the same name in your deck. If a ◇ card would go to the discard pile, put it in the Lost Zone instead. The flavor text reads "When it shares the infinite energy it creates, that being's entire body will be overflowing with power."

I keep a set binder for Dragon Majesty, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Dragon Majesty set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Victini can fill a slot in Generation 5 binder (Unova). I still need this card.
