Alolan Ninetales-GX is a Stage 1 GX Fairy Pokémon with 200 HP. In the Pokédex this is Ninetales (#038), generation 1 (Kanto). The card says it evolves from Alolan Vulpix. In this catalog that name is Vulpix (#037).

5ban Graphics illustrated this card. The same name is on 1,629 other cards in the catalog.

Ninetales (#038) has 55 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 41 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 1999 to 2026. The earliest other card is Ninetales 12/102 in Base (1999). That card is named Ninetales, while this one is Alolan Ninetales-GX. That card lists 80 HP, and this one lists 200 HP. The rarity there is Rare Holo, and here it is Rare Rainbow. Ken Sugimori illustrated that card, and 5ban Graphics illustrated this one. Retreat cost there is 1, and here it is 2. 51 other cards of Ninetales list a different HP.

Mysterious Guidance is listed as Ability. When you play this Pokémon from your hand to evolve 1 of your Pokémon during your turn, you may search your deck for up to 2 Item cards, reveal them, and put them into your hand. Then, shuffle your deck. The attack Snowy Wind lists 70 damage. The cost is Fairy, Colorless. This attack does 30 damage to 1 of your opponent's Benched Pokémon. (Don't apply Weakness and Resistance for Benched Pokémon.) Sublimation-GX is another attack lists no damage number. The cost is Fairy, Colorless. If your opponent's Active Pokémon is an Ultra Beast, it is Knocked Out. (You can't use more than 1 GX attack in a game.) Weakness is Metal ×2. Resistance is Darkness -20. Retreat cost is 2. The card text says: Pokémon-GX rule: When your Pokémon-GX is Knocked Out, your opponent takes 2 Prize cards.

I keep a set binder for Lost Thunder, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Lost Thunder set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Ninetales can fill a slot in Generation 1 binder (Kanto). Themed lists that include this exact card are Alolan forms and Vulpix and Ninetales. I still need this card.
