Pheromosa SV5/94 · Hidden Fates Shiny Vault

Hidden Fates Shiny Vault is a set in the Sun & Moon series. It was released on August 23, 2019. The printed size is 94, and the checklist is the same length. Pheromosa is SV5/94, in position 5 of 94 on this checklist. Before it is SV4 Wimpod, and after it is SV6 Charmander. The listed rarity is Rare Shiny.

Pheromosa is a Basic Ultra Beast Grass Pokémon with 110 HP. In the Pokédex this is Pheromosa (#795), generation 7 (Alola).

Mizue illustrated this card. The same name is on 184 other cards in the catalog.

Pheromosa (#795) has 9 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 4 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2017 to 2019. The earliest other card is Pheromosa-GX SM66/248 in SM Black Star Promos (2017). That card is named Pheromosa-GX, while this one is Pheromosa. That card lists 170 HP, and this one lists 110 HP. The rarity there is Promo, and here it is Rare Shiny. 5ban Graphics illustrated that card, and Mizue illustrated this one. 7 other cards of Pheromosa list a different HP.

The attack High Jump Kick lists 20 damage. The cost is Colorless. White Ray is another attack lists 90+ damage. The cost is Grass, Grass, Colorless. If you have only 1 Prize card remaining, this attack does 90 more damage. Weakness is Fire ×2. The flavor text reads "One of the Ultra Beasts. It refuses to touch anything, perhaps because it senses some uncleanness in this world."

I keep a set binder for Hidden Fates Shiny Vault, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Hidden Fates Shiny Vault set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Pheromosa can fill a slot in Generation 7 binder (Alola). I still need this card.
