Tsareena SM26/248 · SM Black Star Promos

Tsareena is Pokédex #763, generation 7 (Alola). Tsareena is a Stage 2 Grass Pokémon with 140 HP. The card says it evolves from Steenee. In this catalog that name is Steenee (#762).

Tsareena sits at SM26/248 in SM Black Star Promos, position 26 of 251. Before it is SM25 Lurantis, and after it is SM27 Turtonator. The set belongs to the Sun & Moon series. It was released on February 3, 2017. The printed size is 248. This checklist is longer, at 251 cards. The listed rarity is Promo.

Queenly Majesty is listed as Ability. When you play this Pokémon from your hand to evolve 1 of your Pokémon during your turn, you may have your opponent reveal their hand. Then, discard a card from it. The attack Trop Kick lists 80 damage. The cost is Grass, Colorless, Colorless. Heal 20 damage and remove all Special Conditions from this Pokémon. Weakness is Fire ×2. Retreat cost is 2. The flavor text reads "Its long, striking legs aren't just for show but to be used to kick with skill. In victory, it shows off by kicking the defeated, laughing boisterously."

Tsareena (#763) has 11 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 9 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2017 to 2023. The earliest other card is Tsareena 20/149 in Sun & Moon (2017). Both list 140 HP. The rarity there is Rare Holo, and here it is Promo. Shin Nagasawa illustrated that card, and Naoki Saito illustrated this one. 7 other cards of Tsareena list a different HP.

The illustrator line reads Naoki Saito. I count 270 other cards in the catalog with that illustrator.

SM Black Star Promos set binder is where a full SM Black Star Promos set goes. This card fills one slot there. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Tsareena can fill a slot in Generation 7 binder (Alola). I still need this card.
