Blissey 145/198 · Scarlet & Violet

Blissey is Pokédex #242, generation 2 (Johto). Blissey is a Stage 1 Colorless Pokémon with 150 HP. The card says it evolves from Chansey. In this catalog that name is Chansey (#113).

Blissey sits at 145/198 in Scarlet & Violet, position 145 of 258. Before it is 144 Chansey, and after it is 146 Zangoose. The set belongs to the Scarlet & Violet series. It was released on March 31, 2023. The printed size is 198. This checklist is longer, at 258 cards. The listed rarity is Uncommon.

Busybody Nurse is listed as Ability. Once during your turn, you may use this Ability. Your Active Pokémon recovers from all Special Conditions. The attack Happy Cyclone lists 150 damage. The cost is Colorless, Colorless, Colorless. Move all Energy from this Pokémon to 1 of your Benched Pokémon. Weakness is Fighting ×2. Retreat cost is 2. The flavor text reads "The eggs it lays are filled with happiness. Eating even one bite will bring a smile to anyone." The regulation mark is G.

Blissey (#242) has 21 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 16 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2001 to 2024. The earliest other card is Blissey 2/64 in Neo Revelation (2001). That card lists 120 HP, and this one lists 150 HP. The rarity there is Rare Holo, and here it is Uncommon. Yuka Morii illustrated that card, and chibi illustrated this one. 21 other cards of Blissey list a different HP.

The illustrator line reads chibi. I count 40 other cards in the catalog with that illustrator.

Scarlet & Violet set binder is where a full Scarlet & Violet set goes. This card fills one slot there. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Blissey can fill a slot in Generation 2 binder (Johto). I still need this card.
