I keep a set binder for Surging Sparks, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Surging Sparks set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Palossand can fill a slot in Generation 7 binder (Alola). Themed lists that include this exact card are Tera Pokémon. I still need this card.
