Infernape is a Stage 2 Fire Pokémon with 140 HP. In the Pokédex this is Infernape (#392), generation 4 (Sinnoh). The card says it evolves from Monferno. In this catalog that name is Monferno (#391).

Kazumasa Yasukuni illustrated this card. The same name is on 12 other cards in the catalog.

Infernape (#392) has 16 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 13 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2007 to 2024. The earliest other card is Infernape 5/130 in Diamond & Pearl (2007). That card lists 100 HP, and this one lists 140 HP. The rarity there is Rare Holo, and here it is Promo. Nakaoka illustrated that card, and Kazumasa Yasukuni illustrated this one. 14 other cards of Infernape list a different HP.

Pyro Dance is listed as Ability. Once during your turn, you may attach a Basic Fire Energy card, a Basic Fighting Energy card, or 1 of each from your hand to your Pokémon in any way you like. The attack Scorching Fire lists 200 damage. The cost is Fire, Fire, Colorless. Discard an Energy from this Pokémon. Weakness is Water ×2. Retreat cost is 1. The flavor text reads "Its crown of fire is indicative of its fiery nature. It is beaten by none in terms of quickness." The regulation mark is H.

I keep a set binder for Scarlet & Violet Black Star Promos, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Scarlet & Violet Black Star Promos set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Infernape can fill a slot in Generation 4 binder (Sinnoh). I still need this card.
