Baxcalibur is a Stage 2 Water Pokémon with 160 HP. In the Pokédex this is Baxcalibur (#998), generation 9 (Paldea). The card says it evolves from Arctibax. In this catalog that name is Arctibax (#997).

Oswaldo KATO illustrated this card. The same name is on 84 other cards in the catalog.

Baxcalibur (#998) has 3 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 2 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2023 to 2024. The earliest other card is Baxcalibur 60/193 in Paldea Evolved (2023). Both list 160 HP. The rarity there is Rare, and here it is Promo. Shin Nagasawa illustrated that card, and Oswaldo KATO illustrated this one.

Super Cold is listed as Ability. As often as you like during your turn, you may attach a Basic Water Energy card from your hand to 1 of your Pokémon. The attack Buster Tail lists 130 damage. The cost is Water, Water, Colorless. Weakness is Metal ×2. Retreat cost is 2. The flavor text reads "This Pokémon blasts cryogenic air out from its mouth. This air can instantly freeze even liquid-hot lava." The regulation mark is G.

I keep a set binder for Scarlet & Violet Black Star Promos, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Scarlet & Violet Black Star Promos set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Baxcalibur can fill a slot in Generation 9 binder (Paldea). I still need this card.
