Arctibax is a Stage 1 Water Pokémon with 90 HP. In the Pokédex this is Arctibax (#997), generation 9 (Paldea). The card says it evolves from Frigibax. In this catalog that name is Frigibax (#996).

Teeziro illustrated this card. The same name is on 70 other cards in the catalog.

Arctibax (#997) has 3 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 2 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2023 to 2024. The earliest other card is Arctibax 59/193 in Paldea Evolved (2023). Both list 90 HP. The rarity there is Uncommon, and here it is Promo. Kouki Saitou illustrated that card, and Teeziro illustrated this one.

The attack Sharp Fin lists 40 damage. The cost is Water, Colorless. Frost Smash is another attack lists 80 damage. The cost is Water, Water, Colorless. Weakness is Metal ×2. Retreat cost is 2. The flavor text reads "Arctibax freezes the air around it, protecting its face with an ice mask and turning its dorsal fin into a blade of ice." The regulation mark is G.

I keep a set binder for Scarlet & Violet Black Star Promos, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Scarlet & Violet Black Star Promos set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Arctibax can fill a slot in Generation 9 binder (Paldea). I still need this card.
