The attack Primal Guidance lists no damage number. The cost is Colorless. Search your deck for up to 2 Pokémon that evolve from an Item card that has "Fossil" in its name and put them onto your Bench. Then, shuffle your deck. Weakness is Lightning ×2. Retreat cost is 1. The card text says: V rule: When your Pokémon V is Knocked Out, your opponent takes 2 Prize cards. The regulation mark is F.

Omastar (#139) has 16 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 15 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 1999 to 2023. The earliest other card is Omastar 40/62 in Fossil (1999). That card is named Omastar, while this one is Omastar V. That card lists 70 HP, and this one lists 190 HP. The rarity there is Uncommon, and here it is Rare Ultra. Ken Sugimori illustrated that card, and Saki Hayashiro illustrated this one. 15 other cards of Omastar list a different HP.

The illustrator line reads Saki Hayashiro. I count 40 other cards in the catalog with that illustrator.

Silver Tempest set binder is where a full Silver Tempest set goes. This card fills one slot there. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Omastar can fill a slot in Generation 1 binder (Kanto). Themed lists that include this exact card are Fossil Pokémon. I still need this card.
