Manaphy (#490) has 16 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 14 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2007 to 2022. The earliest other card is Manaphy 9/130 in Diamond & Pearl (2007). Both list 70 HP. The rarity there is Rare Holo, and here it is Trainer Gallery Rare Holo. Nakaoka illustrated that card, and Taira Akitsu illustrated this one. 4 other cards of Manaphy list a different HP.

I keep a set binder for Crown Zenith Galarian Gallery, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Crown Zenith Galarian Gallery set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Manaphy can fill a slot in Generation 4 binder (Sinnoh). Themed lists that include this exact card are Mythical Pokémon, from Sword & Shield on and Trainer Gallery. I still need this card.
