Frosmoth is a Stage 1 Water Pokémon with 90 HP. In the Pokédex this is Frosmoth (#873), generation 8 (Galar). The card says it evolves from Snom. In this catalog that name is Snom (#872).

Akira Komayama illustrated this card. The same name is on 239 other cards in the catalog.

Frosmoth (#873) has 9 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 9 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2019 to 2026. The earliest other card is Frosmoth SWSH007/307 in SWSH Black Star Promos (2019). Both list 90 HP. The rarity there is Promo, and here it is Rare Shiny. kirisAki illustrated that card, and Akira Komayama illustrated this one. 3 other cards of Frosmoth list a different HP.

Ice Dance is listed as Ability. As often as you like during your turn, you may attach a Water Energy card from your hand to 1 of your Benched Water Pokémon. The attack Aurora Beam lists 30 damage. The cost is Water, Colorless. Weakness is Metal ×2. Retreat cost is 2. The flavor text reads "It shows no mercy to any who desecrate fields and mountains. It will fly around on its icy wings, causing a blizzard to chase offenders away." The regulation mark is D.

I keep a set binder for Shining Fates Shiny Vault, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Shining Fates Shiny Vault set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Frosmoth can fill a slot in Generation 8 binder (Galar). I still need this card.
