Charizard VMAX SV107/122 · Shining Fates Shiny Vault

Charizard is Pokédex #006, generation 1 (Kanto). Charizard VMAX is a VMAX Fire Pokémon with 330 HP. The card says it evolves from Charizard V. In this catalog that name is Charizard (#006).

Charizard VMAX sits at SV107/122 in Shining Fates Shiny Vault, position 107 of 122. Before it is SV106 Rillaboom VMAX, and after it is SV108 Centiskorch V. The set belongs to the Sword & Shield series. It was released on February 19, 2021. The printed size is 122, and the checklist is the same length. The listed rarity is Rare Holo VMAX.

The attack Claw Slash lists 100 damage. The cost is Colorless, Colorless, Colorless. G-Max Wildfire is another attack lists 300 damage. The cost is Fire, Fire, Fire, Colorless, Colorless. Discard 2 Energy from this Pokémon. Weakness is Water ×2. Retreat cost is 3. The card text says: VMAX rule: When your Pokémon VMAX is Knocked Out, your opponent takes 3 Prize cards. Charizard (#006) has 106 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 50 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 1999 to 2026. The earliest other card is Charizard 4/102 in Base (1999). That card is named Charizard, while this one is Charizard VMAX. That card lists 120 HP, and this one lists 330 HP. The rarity there is Rare Holo, and here it is Rare Holo VMAX. Mitsuhiro Arita illustrated that card, and aky CG Works illustrated this one. 91 other cards of Charizard list a different HP.

The illustrator line reads aky CG Works. I count 163 other cards in the catalog with that illustrator.

Shining Fates Shiny Vault set binder is where a full Shining Fates Shiny Vault set goes. This card fills one slot there. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Charizard can fill a slot in Generation 1 binder (Kanto). Themed lists that include this exact card are All Charizard cards and VMAX cards. I still need this card.
