The attack Body Surf lists no damage number. The cost is Colorless. Attach a Water Energy card from your hand to this Pokémon. If you do, switch it with 1 of your Benched Pokémon. Lapras (#131) has 49 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 37 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 1999 to 2026. The earliest other card is Lapras 10/62 in Fossil (1999). That card is named Lapras, while this one is Lapras V. That card lists 80 HP, and this one lists 210 HP. The rarity there is Rare Holo, and here it is Rare Holo V. Ken Sugimori illustrated that card, and 5ban Graphics illustrated this one. 46 other cards of Lapras list a different HP.

The illustrator line reads 5ban Graphics. I count 1,629 other cards in the catalog with that illustrator.

Shining Fates Shiny Vault set binder is where a full Shining Fates Shiny Vault set goes. This card fills one slot there. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Lapras can fill a slot in Generation 1 binder (Kanto). Themed lists that include this exact card are All Lapras cards. I still need this card.
