I keep a set binder for Brilliant Stars, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Brilliant Stars set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Arceus can fill a slot in Generation 4 binder (Sinnoh). Themed lists that include this exact card are Mythical Pokémon, from Sword & Shield on. I still need this card.
