Cinderace V SWSH015/307 · SWSH Black Star Promos

Cinderace is Pokédex #815, generation 8 (Galar). Cinderace V is a Basic V Fire Pokémon with 210 HP.

Cinderace V sits at SWSH015/307 in SWSH Black Star Promos, position 15 of 304. Before it is SWSH014 Rillaboom V, and after it is SWSH016 Inteleon V. The set belongs to the Sword & Shield series. It was released on November 15, 2019. The printed size is 307. This checklist is longer, at 304 cards. The listed rarity is Promo.

Field Runner is listed as Ability. If a Stadium is in play, this Pokémon has no Retreat Cost. The attack Crimson Legs lists 140 damage. The cost is Fire, Fire, Colorless. Weakness is Water ×2. Retreat cost is 2. The card text says: V rule: When your Pokémon V is Knocked Out, your opponent takes 2 Prize cards. The regulation mark is D.

Cinderace (#815) has 21 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 11 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2019 to 2026. The earliest other card is Cinderace SWSH112/307 in SWSH Black Star Promos (2019). That card is named Cinderace, while this one is Cinderace V. That card lists 170 HP, and this one lists 210 HP. Both list the rarity Promo. Anesaki Dynamic illustrated that card, and 5ban Graphics illustrated this one. The regulation mark there is E, and here it is D. Retreat cost there is 1, and here it is 2. 17 other cards of Cinderace list a different HP.

The illustrator line reads 5ban Graphics. I count 1,629 other cards in the catalog with that illustrator.

SWSH Black Star Promos set binder is where a full SWSH Black Star Promos set goes. This card fills one slot there. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Cinderace can fill a slot in Generation 8 binder (Galar). Themed lists that include this exact card are Galar starters. I still need this card.
