The earliest other card is Coalossal SWSH054/307 in SWSH Black Star Promos (2019). Both list 160 HP. Both list the rarity Promo. Shigenori Negishi illustrated that card, and Kouki Saitou illustrated this one. 7 other cards of Coalossal list a different HP.

The illustrator line reads Kouki Saitou. I count 652 other cards in the catalog with that illustrator.

SWSH Black Star Promos set binder is where a full SWSH Black Star Promos set goes. This card fills one slot there. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Coalossal can fill a slot in Generation 8 binder (Galar). I still need this card.
