The earliest other card is Victini BW32/101 in BW Black Star Promos (2011). That card is named Victini, while this one is Victini V. That card lists 60 HP, and this one lists 190 HP. Both list the rarity Promo. Retreat cost there is 1, and here it is 2. 32 other cards of Victini list a different HP.

Energy Burst is another attack lists 30× damage. The cost is Fire, Fire. This attack does 30 damage for each Energy attached to both Active Pokémon. Weakness is Water ×2. Retreat cost is 2. I keep a set binder for SWSH Black Star Promos, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the SWSH Black Star Promos set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Victini can fill a slot in Generation 5 binder (Unova). Themed lists that include this exact card are Mythical Pokémon, from Sword & Shield on. I still need this card.
