Mitsuhiro Arita illustrated that card, and Julie Hang illustrated this one. Retreat cost there is 1, and here it is 2. 18 other cards of Bulbasaur list a different HP.

The illustrator line reads Julie Hang. I count 4 other cards in the catalog with that illustrator.

SWSH Black Star Promos set binder is where a full SWSH Black Star Promos set goes. This card fills one slot there. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Bulbasaur can fill a slot in Generation 1 binder (Kanto). Themed lists that include this exact card are Kanto starters, without Charizard. I still need this card.
