The earliest other card is Umbreon 13/75 in Neo Discovery (2001). That card is named Umbreon, while this one is Umbreon-EX. That card lists 80 HP, and this one lists 170 HP. The rarity there is Rare Holo, and here it is Rare Ultra. Kimiya Masago illustrated that card, and Ryo Ueda illustrated this one. 44 other cards of Umbreon list a different HP.

The attack Veil of Darkness lists 20 damage. The cost is Colorless. Discard as many cards as you like from your hand. Then, draw that many cards. Endgame is another attack lists 70 damage. The cost is Darkness, Colorless, Colorless. If your opponent's Mega Evolution Pokémon is Knocked Out by damage from this attack, take 2 more Prize cards. Weakness is Fighting ×2. Resistance is Psychic -20. Retreat cost is 1. The card text says: Pokémon-EX rule: When a Pokémon-EX has been Knocked Out, your opponent takes 2 Prize cards.

I keep a set binder for Fates Collide, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Fates Collide set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Umbreon can fill a slot in Generation 2 binder (Johto). Themed lists that include this exact card are Eevee and the Eeveelutions. I still need this card.
