M Gardevoir-EX is a MEGA EX Fairy Psychic Pokémon with 210 HP. In the Pokédex this is Gardevoir (#282), generation 3 (Hoenn). The card says it evolves from Gardevoir-EX. In this catalog that name is Gardevoir (#282).

5ban Graphics illustrated this card. The same name is on 1,629 other cards in the catalog.

Gardevoir (#282) has 55 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 32 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2003 to 2026. The earliest other card is Gardevoir 7/109 in Ruby & Sapphire (2003). That card is named Gardevoir, while this one is M Gardevoir-EX. That card lists 100 HP, and this one lists 210 HP. The rarity there is Rare Holo, and here it is Rare Holo EX. Ken Sugimori illustrated that card, and 5ban Graphics illustrated this one. 47 other cards of Gardevoir list a different HP.

The attack Despair Ray lists 110+ damage. The cost is Fairy, Colorless. Discard as many of your Benched Pokémon as you like. This attack does 10 more damage for each Benched Pokémon you discarded in this way. Weakness is Metal ×2. Resistance is Darkness -20. Retreat cost is 2. The card text says: Mega Evolution rule: When 1 of your Pokémon becomes a Mega Evolution Pokémon, your turn ends. The card text says: Pokémon-EX rule: When a Pokémon-EX has been Knocked Out, your opponent takes 2 Prize cards.

I keep a set binder for Steam Siege, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Steam Siege set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Gardevoir can fill a slot in Generation 3 binder (Hoenn). Themed lists that include this exact card are Ralts, Kirlia, Gardevoir, and Gallade. I still need this card.
