Furious Fists is a set in the XY series. It was released on August 13, 2014. The printed size is 111. This checklist is longer, at 114 cards. M Heracross-EX is a MEGA EX Grass Pokémon with 220 HP. In the Pokédex this is Heracross (#214), generation 2 (Johto). The card says it evolves from Heracross-EX. In this catalog that name is Heracross (#214).

5ban Graphics illustrated this card. The same name is on 1,629 other cards in the catalog.

Heracross (#214) has 26 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 22 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2000 to 2025. The earliest other card is Heracross 6/111 in Neo Genesis (2000). That card is named Heracross, while this one is M Heracross-EX. That card lists 60 HP, and this one lists 220 HP. The rarity there is Rare Holo, and here it is Rare Holo EX. Ken Sugimori illustrated that card, and 5ban Graphics illustrated this one. Retreat cost there is 2, and here it is 3. 25 other cards of Heracross list a different HP.

The attack Big Bang Horn lists 180- damage. The cost is Grass, Grass, Colorless. This attack does 180 damage minus 10 damage for each damage counter on this Pokémon. Weakness is Fire ×2. Retreat cost is 3. The card text says: Mega Evolution rule: When 1 of your Pokémon becomes a Mega Evolution Pokémon, your turn ends. The card text says: Pokémon-EX rule: When a Pokémon-EX has been Knocked Out, your opponent takes 2 Prize cards.

I keep a set binder for Furious Fists, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Furious Fists set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Heracross can fill a slot in Generation 2 binder (Johto). I still need this card.
