Victini (#494) has 37 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 27 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2011 to 2026. The earliest other card is Victini BW32/101 in BW Black Star Promos (2011). That card lists 60 HP, and this one lists 70 HP. The rarity there is Promo, and here it is Rare. 5ban Graphics illustrated that card, and Kouki Saitou illustrated this one. 25 other cards of Victini list a different HP.

The attack Me First lists no damage number. The cost is Colorless. Draw a card. Psy Bolt is another attack lists 20 damage. The cost is Fire, Colorless. Flip a coin. If heads, your opponent's Active Pokémon is now Paralyzed. Weakness is Water ×2. Retreat cost is 1. The flavor text reads "When it shares the infinite energy it creates, that being's entire body will be overflowing with power."

I keep a set binder for Roaring Skies, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Roaring Skies set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Victini can fill a slot in Generation 5 binder (Unova). I still need this card.
