The earliest other card is Victini BW32/101 in BW Black Star Promos (2011). That card lists 60 HP, and this one lists 70 HP. Both list the rarity Promo. 5ban Graphics illustrated that card, and Ken Sugimori illustrated this one. 25 other cards of Victini list a different HP.

The illustrator line reads Ken Sugimori. I count 1,112 other cards in the catalog with that illustrator.

XY Black Star Promos set binder is where a full XY Black Star Promos set goes. This card fills one slot there. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Victini can fill a slot in Generation 5 binder (Unova). I still need this card.
