During your next turn, this Pokémon's Moonsault Blaze attack does 100 more damage (before applying Weakness and Resistance). Weakness is Water ×2. Retreat cost is 2. The earliest other card is Blaziken 3/109 in Ruby & Sapphire (2003). That card is named Blaziken, while this one is M Blaziken-EX. That card lists 100 HP, and this one lists 210 HP. The rarity there is Rare Holo, and here it is Promo. Kouki Saitou illustrated that card, and 5ban Graphics illustrated this one. 28 other cards of Blaziken list a different HP.

The illustrator line reads 5ban Graphics. I count 1,629 other cards in the catalog with that illustrator.

XY Black Star Promos set binder is where a full XY Black Star Promos set goes. This card fills one slot there. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Blaziken can fill a slot in Generation 3 binder (Hoenn). Themed lists that include this exact card are Hoenn starters. I still need this card.
