Rapidash 60/110 · Legendary Collection

Legendary Collection is a set in the Other series. It was released on 24 May 2002. The printed size is 110, and the checklist is the same length. Rapidash is 60/110, in position 60 of 110 on this checklist. Before it is 59 Primeape, and after it is 61 Raticate. The listed rarity is Uncommon.

Rapidash is a Stage 1 Fire Pokémon with 70 HP. The card lists level 33. In the Pokédex this is Rapidash (#078), generation 1 (Kanto). The card says it evolves from Ponyta. In this catalog that name is Ponyta (#077).

Mitsuhiro Arita illustrated this card. The same name is on 721 other cards in the catalog.

Rapidash (#078) has 33 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 28 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 1999 to 2025. The earliest other card is Rapidash 44/64 in Jungle (1999). Both list 70 HP. Both list the rarity Uncommon. 26 other cards of Rapidash list a different HP.

The attack Stomp lists 20+ damage. The cost is Colorless, Colorless. Flip a coin. If heads, this attack does 20 damage plus 10 more damage; if tails, this attack does 20 damage. Agility is another attack lists 30 damage. The cost is Fire, Fire, Colorless. Flip a coin. If heads, during your opponent's next turn, prevent all effects of attacks, including damage, done to Rapidash. Weakness is Water ×2. The flavor text reads "Very competitive, this Pokémon will chase anything that moves fast in the hope of racing it."

I keep a set binder for Legendary Collection, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Legendary Collection set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Rapidash can fill a slot in Generation 1 binder (Kanto). Themed lists that include this exact card are Mitsuhiro Arita cards. I still need this card.
