Mitsuhiro Arita illustrated this card. The same name is on 721 other cards in the catalog.

Cranidos (#408) has 6 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 6 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2007 to 2026. The earliest other card is Cranidos 43/123 in Mysterious Treasures (2007). Both list 70 HP. The rarity there is Uncommon, and here it is Promo. 5 other cards of Cranidos list a different HP.

The attack Headbutt lists 20 damage. The cost is Colorless. Steamroll is another attack lists 30 damage. The cost is Fighting, Colorless. Does 20 damage to 1 of your opponent's Benched Pokémon. (Don't apply Weakness and Resistance for Benched Pokémon.) Weakness is Grass +20. Retreat cost is 1. The flavor text reads "It lived in jungles around 100 million years ago. Its skull is as hard as iron."

I keep a set binder for DP Black Star Promos, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the DP Black Star Promos set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Cranidos can fill a slot in Generation 4 binder (Sinnoh). Themed lists that include this exact card are Mitsuhiro Arita cards. I still need this card.
