Seaking is a Stage 1 Water Pokémon with 70 HP. In the Pokédex this is Seaking (#119), generation 1 (Kanto). The card says it evolves from Goldeen. In this catalog that name is Goldeen (#118).

Sumiyoshi Kizuki illustrated this card. The same name is on 212 other cards in the catalog.

Seaking (#119) has 15 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 15 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 1999 to 2026. The earliest other card is Seaking 46/64 in Jungle (1999). Both list 70 HP. Both list the rarity Uncommon. Kagemaru Himeno illustrated that card, and Sumiyoshi Kizuki illustrated this one. 9 other cards of Seaking list a different HP.

The attack Flail lists 10× damage. The cost is Colorless, Colorless. This attack does 10 damage times the number of damage counters on Seaking. Undulate is another attack lists 30 damage. The cost is Water, Colorless, Colorless. Flip a coin. If heads, during your opponent's next turn, prevent all effects of attacks, including damage, done to Seaking. Weakness is Lightning ×2. Retreat cost is 1.

I keep a set binder for Aquapolis, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Aquapolis set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Seaking can fill a slot in Generation 1 binder (Kanto). I still need this card.
