M Gardevoir-EX is a MEGA EX Fairy Pokémon with 210 HP. In the Pokédex this is Gardevoir (#282), generation 3 (Hoenn). The card says it evolves from Gardevoir-EX. In this catalog that name is Gardevoir (#282).

Megumi Mizutani illustrated this card. The same name is on 133 other cards in the catalog.

Gardevoir (#282) has 55 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 32 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2003 to 2026. The earliest other card is Gardevoir 7/109 in Ruby & Sapphire (2003). That card is named Gardevoir, while this one is M Gardevoir-EX. That card lists 100 HP, and this one lists 210 HP. The rarity there is Rare Holo, and here it is Rare Ultra. Ken Sugimori illustrated that card, and Megumi Mizutani illustrated this one. 47 other cards of Gardevoir list a different HP.

The attack Brilliant Arrow lists 30× damage. The cost is Fairy, Colorless, Colorless. This attack does 30 damage times the amount of Fairy Energy attached to all of your Pokémon. Weakness is Metal ×2. Resistance is Darkness -20. Retreat cost is 2. The card text says: Mega Evolution rule: When 1 of your Pokémon becomes a Mega Evolution Pokémon, your turn ends. The card text says: Pokémon-EX rule: When a Pokémon-EX has been Knocked Out, your opponent takes 2 Prize cards.

I keep a set binder for Generations, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Generations set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Gardevoir can fill a slot in Generation 3 binder (Hoenn). Themed lists that include this exact card are Ralts, Kirlia, Gardevoir, and Gallade. I still need this card.
