I keep a set binder for Ascended Heroes, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Ascended Heroes set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Froslass can fill a slot in Generation 4 binder (Sinnoh). Themed lists that include this exact card are Winter: Ice Pokémon, Mega Evolution cards, and Special Illustration Rares. I still need this card.
