Team Rocket's Porygon-Z is a Stage 2 Colorless Pokémon with 140 HP. In the Pokédex this is Porygon-Z (#474), generation 4 (Sinnoh). The card says it evolves from Team Rocket's Porygon2. In this catalog that name is Porygon2 (#233).

Porygon-Z (#474) has 17 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 14 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2007 to 2023. The earliest other card is Porygon-Z DP35/56 in DP Black Star Promos (2007). That card is named Porygon-Z, while this one is Team Rocket's Porygon-Z. That card lists 120 HP, and this one lists 140 HP. The rarity there is Promo, and here it is Uncommon. Retreat cost there is 2, and here it is 1. 16 other cards of Porygon-Z list a different HP.

Reconstitute is listed as Ability. You must discard 2 cards from your hand in order to use this Ability. Once during your turn, you may draw a card. The attack R Command lists 20× damage. The cost is Colorless, Colorless. This attack does 20 damage for each Supporter card that has "Team Rocket" in its name in your discard pile. Weakness is Fighting ×2. Retreat cost is 1. I keep a set binder for Destined Rivals, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Destined Rivals set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Porygon-Z can fill a slot in Generation 4 binder (Sinnoh). Themed lists that include this exact card are Trainer's Pokémon and Team Rocket cards. I still need this card.
