Team Rocket's Mewtwo ex is a Basic ex Psychic Pokémon with 280 HP. In the Pokédex this is Mewtwo (#150), generation 1 (Kanto).

Mewtwo (#150) has 88 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 42 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 1999 to 2026. The earliest other card is Mewtwo 10/102 in Base (1999). That card is named Mewtwo, while this one is Team Rocket's Mewtwo ex. That card lists 60 HP, and this one lists 280 HP. The rarity there is Rare Holo, and here it is Double Rare. 79 other cards of Mewtwo list a different HP.

Power Saver is listed as Ability. This Pokémon can't attack unless you have 4 or more Team Rocket's Pokémon in play. The attack Erasure Ball lists 160+ damage. The cost is Psychic, Psychic, Colorless. You may discard up to 2 Energy from your Benched Pokémon. This attack does 60 more damage for each card you discarded in this way. Weakness is Darkness ×2. Resistance is Fighting -30. Retreat cost is 3. The card text says: Pokémon ex rule: When your Pokémon ex is Knocked Out, your opponent takes 2 Prize cards. The regulation mark is I.

I keep a set binder for Destined Rivals, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Destined Rivals set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Mewtwo can fill a slot in Generation 1 binder (Kanto). Themed lists that include this exact card are Trainer's Pokémon, Team Rocket cards, and Mew and Mewtwo. I still need this card.
