The earliest other card is Leafeon 7/100 in Majestic Dawn (2008). That card is named Leafeon, while this one is Leafeon ex. That card lists 90 HP, and this one lists 270 HP. The rarity there is Rare Holo, and here it is Special Illustration Rare. 32 other cards of Leafeon list a different HP.

The attack Verdant Storm lists 60× damage. The cost is Grass, Colorless. This attack does 60 damage for each Energy attached to all of your opponent's Pokémon. Moss Agate is another attack lists 230 damage. The cost is Grass, Fire, Water. Heal 100 damage from each of your Benched Pokémon. Weakness is Fire ×2. Retreat cost is 2. I keep a set binder for Prismatic Evolutions, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Prismatic Evolutions set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Leafeon can fill a slot in Generation 4 binder (Sinnoh). Themed lists that include this exact card are Eevee and the Eeveelutions, Special Illustration Rares, and Tera Pokémon. I still need this card.
