Galarian Obstagoon is a Stage 2 Darkness Pokémon with 170 HP. In the Pokédex this is Obstagoon (#862), generation 8 (Galar). The card says it evolves from Galarian Linoone. In this catalog that name is Linoone (#264).

Shin Nagasawa illustrated this card. The same name is on 303 other cards in the catalog.

Obstagoon (#862) has 9 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 7 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2019 to 2026. The earliest other card is Galarian Obstagoon SWSH059/307 in SWSH Black Star Promos (2019). That card lists 160 HP, and this one lists 170 HP. The rarity there is Promo, and here it is Rare Holo. Hasuno illustrated that card, and Shin Nagasawa illustrated this one. 5 other cards of Obstagoon list a different HP.

Wicked Ruler is listed as Ability. Once during your turn, you may have your opponent discard cards from their hand until they have 4 cards in their hand. The attack Knuckle Impact lists 180 damage. The cost is Colorless, Colorless, Colorless. During your next turn, this Pokémon can't attack. Weakness is Grass ×2. Retreat cost is 2. The flavor text reads "Its voice is staggering in volume. Obstagoon has a tendency to take on a threatening posture and shout—this move is known as Obstruct." The regulation mark is D.

I keep a set binder for Champion's Path, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Champion's Path set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Obstagoon can fill a slot in Generation 8 binder (Galar). Themed lists that include this exact card are Galarian forms. I still need this card.
