I keep a set binder for Vivid Voltage, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Vivid Voltage set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Togekiss can fill a slot in Generation 4 binder (Sinnoh). Themed lists that include this exact card are Togepi, Togetic, and Togekiss. I still need this card.
