I keep a set binder for Shining Fates Shiny Vault, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Shining Fates Shiny Vault set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Drakloak can fill a slot in Generation 8 binder (Galar). I still need this card.
