For each damage counter on this Galarian Runerigus, put 2 damage counters on your opponent's Pokémon in any way you like. Mad Hammer is another attack lists 120 damage. The cost is Fighting, Colorless, Colorless. This Pokémon also does 30 damage to itself. Weakness is Grass ×2. Retreat cost is 2. Runerigus (#867) has 2 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 2 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2020 to 2021. The earliest other card is Galarian Runerigus 102/192 in Rebel Clash (2020). Both list 100 HP. The rarity there is Rare, and here it is Rare Shiny. TOKIYA illustrated that card, and Shin Nagasawa illustrated this one. 1 other cards of Runerigus list a different HP.

The illustrator line reads Shin Nagasawa. I count 303 other cards in the catalog with that illustrator.

Shining Fates Shiny Vault set binder is where a full Shining Fates Shiny Vault set goes. This card fills one slot there. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Runerigus can fill a slot in Generation 8 binder (Galar). Themed lists that include this exact card are Galarian forms. I still need this card.
