The rarity there is Promo, and here it is Rare Holo V. Mitsuhiro Arita illustrated that card, and saino misaki illustrated this one. I keep a set binder for Brilliant Stars Trainer Gallery, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Brilliant Stars Trainer Gallery set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Mimikyu can fill a slot in Generation 7 binder (Alola). Themed lists that include this exact card are All Mimikyu cards. I still need this card.
