Xerneas 81/114 · Steam Siege

Xerneas is Pokédex #716, generation 6 (Kalos). Xerneas is a Basic Fairy Pokémon with 130 HP.

Xerneas sits at 81/114 in Steam Siege, position 81 of 116. Before it is 80 Klefki, and after it is 82 Xerneas BREAK. The set belongs to the XY series. It was released on 3 August 2016. The printed size is 114. This checklist is longer, at 116 cards. The listed rarity is Rare Holo.

The attack Geomancy lists no damage number. The cost is Fairy. Choose 2 of your Benched Pokémon. For each of those Pokémon, search your deck for a Fairy Energy card and attach it to that Pokémon. Shuffle your deck afterward. Rainbow Spear is another attack lists 100 damage. The cost is Fairy, Fairy, Colorless. Discard an Energy attached to this Pokémon. Weakness is Metal ×2. Resistance is Darkness -20. Retreat cost is 2. The flavor text reads "Legends say it can share eternal life. It slept for a thousand years in the form of a tree before its revival."

Xerneas (#716) has 22 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 14 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2013 to 2026. The earliest other card is Xerneas XY05/211 in XY Black Star Promos (2013). Both list 130 HP. The rarity there is Promo, and here it is Rare Holo. 5ban Graphics illustrated that card, and Megumi Mizutani illustrated this one. 14 other cards of Xerneas list a different HP.

The illustrator line reads Megumi Mizutani. I count 133 other cards in the catalog with that illustrator.

Steam Siege set binder is where a full Steam Siege set goes. This card fills one slot there. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Xerneas can fill a slot in Generation 6 binder (Kalos). I still need this card.
