Akira Komayama illustrated this card. The same name is on 239 other cards in the catalog.

Blissey (#242) has 21 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 16 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2001 to 2024. The earliest other card is Blissey 2/64 in Neo Revelation (2001). Both list 120 HP. The rarity there is Rare Holo, and here it is Promo. Yuka Morii illustrated that card, and Akira Komayama illustrated this one. 17 other cards of Blissey list a different HP.

The attack Double Slap lists 40× damage. The cost is Colorless, Colorless. Flip 2 coins. This attack does 40 damage times the number of heads. Nurse's Egg is another attack lists no damage number. The cost is Colorless, Colorless, Colorless, Colorless. Heal 100 damage from each of your Benched Pokémon. Then, discard 2 Energy attached to this Pokémon. Weakness is Fighting ×2. Retreat cost is 2. The flavor text reads "The eggs it lays are filled with happiness. Eating even one bite will bring a smile to anyone."

I keep a set binder for XY Black Star Promos, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the XY Black Star Promos set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Blissey can fill a slot in Generation 2 binder (Johto). I still need this card.
