Naoyo Kimura illustrated this card. The same name is on 256 other cards in the catalog.

Azelf (#482) has 8 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 7 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2007 to 2024. The earliest other card is Azelf 4/123 in Mysterious Treasures (2007). Both list 60 HP. The rarity there is Rare Holo, and here it is Rare. The attack Trading Places lists no damage number. The cost is Colorless. Switch this Pokémon with 1 of your Benched Pokémon. Psyjamming is another attack lists no damage number. The cost is Psychic, Colorless, Colorless. Move as many Special Energy attached to your opponent's Pokémon to your opponent's other Pokémon in any way you like. Weakness is Psychic ×2. I keep a set binder for Plasma Blast, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Plasma Blast set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Azelf can fill a slot in Generation 4 binder (Sinnoh). I still need this card.
