chibi illustrated this card. The same name is on 40 other cards in the catalog.

Azelf (#482) has 8 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 7 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2007 to 2024. The earliest other card is Azelf 4/123 in Mysterious Treasures (2007). That card lists 60 HP, and this one lists 70 HP. The rarity there is Rare Holo, and here it is Promo. Ryo Ueda illustrated that card, and chibi illustrated this one. 4 other cards of Azelf list a different HP.

The attack Shining Eyes lists no damage number. The cost is Psychic. Put 2 damage counters on each of your opponent's Pokémon that has any damage counters on it. Mind Bend is another attack lists 30 damage. The cost is Psychic, Colorless, Colorless. Your opponent's Active Pokémon is now Confused. Weakness is Psychic ×2. Retreat cost is 1. The flavor text reads "It is thought that Uxie, Mesprit, and Azelf all came from the same egg."

I keep a set binder for XY Black Star Promos, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the XY Black Star Promos set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Azelf can fill a slot in Generation 4 binder (Sinnoh). I still need this card.
