The attack Cursed Drop lists no damage number. The cost is Psychic. Put 4 damage counters on your opponent's Pokémon in any way you like. Eerie Glow is another attack lists 70 damage. The cost is Psychic, Psychic, Colorless. The Defending Pokémon is now Burned and Confused. Weakness is Darkness ×2. Retreat cost is 2. The card text says: Pokémon-EX rule: When a Pokémon-EX has been Knocked Out, your opponent takes 2 Prize cards.

I keep a set binder for Legendary Treasures, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Legendary Treasures set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Chandelure can fill a slot in Generation 5 binder (Unova). I still need this card.
