The earliest other card is Moltres 21/53 in Wizards Black Star Promos (1999). That card lists 70 HP, and this one lists 120 HP. The rarity there is Promo, and here it is Rare Holo. Toshinao Aoki illustrated that card, and Ryo Ueda illustrated this one. Retreat cost there is 1, and here it is 2. 27 other cards of Moltres list a different HP.

The illustrator line reads Ryo Ueda. I count 462 other cards in the catalog with that illustrator.

Next Destinies set binder is where a full Next Destinies set goes. This card fills one slot there. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Moltres can fill a slot in Generation 1 binder (Kanto). I still need this card.
