Regigigas DP40/56 · DP Black Star Promos

Regigigas is Pokédex #486, generation 4 (Sinnoh). Regigigas is a Basic Colorless Pokémon with 100 HP. The card lists level 46.

Regigigas sits at DP40/56 in DP Black Star Promos, position 40 of 56. Before it is DP39 Shaymin LV.X, and after it is DP41 Toxicroak G. The set belongs to the Diamond & Pearl series. It was released on May 1, 2007. The printed size is 56, and the checklist is the same length. The listed rarity is Promo.

The attack Drag Off lists 30 damage. The cost is Colorless, Colorless, Colorless. Before doing damage, you may choose 1 of your opponent's Benched Pokémon and switch it with the Defending Pokémon. Giga Hammer is another attack lists 80 damage. The cost is Colorless, Colorless, Colorless, Colorless. Regigigas can't use Giga Hammer during your next turn. Weakness is Fighting ×2. Retreat cost is 4. The flavor text reads "There is an enduring legend that states this Pokémon towed continents with ropes."

Regigigas (#486) has 20 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 15 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2007 to 2025. The earliest other card is Regigigas LV.X DP30/56 in DP Black Star Promos (2007). That card is named Regigigas LV.X, while this one is Regigigas. That card lists 150 HP, and this one lists 100 HP. Both list the rarity Promo. Shizurow illustrated that card, and Kagemaru Himeno illustrated this one. 16 other cards of Regigigas list a different HP.

The illustrator line reads Kagemaru Himeno. I count 656 other cards in the catalog with that illustrator.

DP Black Star Promos set binder is where a full DP Black Star Promos set goes. This card fills one slot there. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Regigigas can fill a slot in Generation 4 binder (Sinnoh). I still need this card.
