Vaporeon 33/144 · Skyridge

Vaporeon is Pokédex #134, generation 1 (Kanto). Vaporeon is a Stage 1 Water Pokémon with 70 HP. The card says it evolves from Eevee. In this catalog that name is Eevee (#133).

Vaporeon sits at 33/144 in Skyridge, position 33 of 182. Before it is 32 Umbreon, and after it is 34 Wigglytuff. The set belongs to the E-Card series. It was released on May 12, 2003. The printed size is 144. This checklist is longer, at 182 cards. The listed rarity is Rare.

Self-healing is listed as Poké-Body. Whenever you attach a Water Energy card from your hand to Vaporeon, remove all Special Conditions affecting Vaporeon. The attack Hypnosplash lists 10 damage. The cost is Colorless, Colorless. The Defending Pokémon is now Asleep. Aqua Trick is another attack lists 40 damage. The cost is Water, Colorless, Colorless. If the Defending Pokémon has any Energy cards attached to it, flip a coin. If heads, choose 1 of those Energy cards and move it to 1 of your opponent's Benched Pokémon. If your opponent has no Benched Pokémon, ignore this effect. Weakness is Lightning ×2. Retreat cost is 1.

Vaporeon (#134) has 36 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 28 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 1999 to 2025. The earliest other card is Vaporeon 12/64 in Jungle (1999). That card lists 80 HP, and this one lists 70 HP. The rarity there is Rare Holo, and here it is Rare. Kagemaru Himeno illustrated that card, and Naoyo Kimura illustrated this one. 30 other cards of Vaporeon list a different HP.

The illustrator line reads Naoyo Kimura. I count 256 other cards in the catalog with that illustrator.

Skyridge set binder is where a full Skyridge set goes. This card fills one slot there. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Vaporeon can fill a slot in Generation 1 binder (Kanto). Themed lists that include this exact card are Eevee and the Eeveelutions. I still need this card.
