Unseen Forces is a set in the EX series. It was released on August 1, 2005. The printed size is 115. This checklist is longer, at 145 cards. Unown is E/115, in position 124 of 145 on this checklist. Before it is D Unown, and after it is F Unown. The listed rarity is Rare.
Unown is a Basic Psychic Pokémon with 60 HP. In the Pokédex this is Unown (#201), generation 2 (Johto).
Shin-ichi Yoshikawa illustrated this card. The same name is on 50 other cards in the catalog.
Unown (#201) has 95 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 18 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 1999 to 2026. The earliest other card is Unown [J] 38/53 in Wizards Black Star Promos (1999). That card is named Unown [J], while this one is Unown. That card lists 40 HP, and this one lists 60 HP. The rarity there is Promo, and here it is Rare. Hideki Kazama illustrated that card, and Shin-ichi Yoshikawa illustrated this one. 60 other cards of Unown list a different HP.
Shuffle is listed as Poké-Power. Once during your turn (before your attack), you may search your deck for another Unown and switch it with Unown. (Any cards attached to Unown, damage counters, Special Conditions, and effects on it are now on the new Pokémon.) If you do, put Unown on top of your deck. Shuffle your deck afterward. You can't use more than 1 Shuffle Poké-Power each turn. The attack Hidden Power lists no damage number. The cost is Colorless. If your opponent's Bench isn't full, look at his or her hand. Choose 1 Basic Pokémon you find there and put it onto your opponent's Bench. Then, switch it with the Defending Pokémon. Your opponent chooses the Defending Pokémon to switch. Weakness is Psychic ×2. Retreat cost is 1.
I keep a set binder for Unseen Forces, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Unseen Forces set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Unown can fill a slot in Generation 2 binder (Johto). I still need this card.
