Mew ex 152/128 · 30th Celebration

Mew is Pokédex #151, generation 1 (Kanto). Mew ex is a Basic ex Psychic Pokémon with 160 HP.

Mew ex sits at 152/128 in 30th Celebration, position 152 of 161. Before it is 151 Mewtwo ex, and after it is 153 Sylveon ex. The set belongs to the Mega Evolution series. It was released on September 16, 2026. The printed size is 128. This checklist is longer, at 161 cards. The collector number is above the printed set size of 128. The listed rarity is Special Illustration Rare.

Memory Helix is listed as Ability. This Pokémon can use the attacks of any of your Benched Pokémon. (You still need the necessary Energy to use each attack.) The attack Teleportation Burst lists 30 damage. The cost is Psychic. You may switch this Pokémon with 1 of your Benched Pokémon. Weakness is Darkness ×2. Resistance is Fighting -30. The card text says: When your Pokémon ex is Knocked Out, your opponent takes 2 Prize cards. The regulation mark is J.

Mew (#151) has 60 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 35 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 1999 to 2026. The earliest other card is Mew 8/53 in Wizards Black Star Promos (1999). That card is named Mew, while this one is Mew ex. That card lists 50 HP, and this one lists 160 HP. The rarity there is Promo, and here it is Special Illustration Rare. Ken Sugimori illustrated that card, and Kuroimori illustrated this one. 58 other cards of Mew list a different HP.

The illustrator line reads Kuroimori. I count 5 other cards in the catalog with that illustrator.

30th Celebration set binder is where a full 30th Celebration set goes. This card fills one slot there. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Mew can fill a slot in Generation 1 binder (Kanto). Themed lists that include this exact card are Mew and Mewtwo, Mythical Pokémon, from Sword & Shield on, Pink Pokémon, and Special Illustration Rares. I still need this card.
